The first taken right at the bottom end, looking out on to West Street and Jones Garage, and the second looking up Jews Lane in the direction of Jews Farm. An almost forgotten story / legend tells of the lane being haunted by the ghost of a man who in the 19th century committed suicide nearby and is buried in an unmarked grave along the lane somewhere. |
